2004-05: Named the Gulf South Conference East Division Player of the Year... Division II Bulletin All-American Honorable Mention... Daktronics All-South Region First Team... Won the GSC Player of the Week on four occasions... Received All-Tournament honors at the UWF Tip-Off Classic, UWF Holiday Classic and the Holiday Isle Classic in Boca Raton, Fla... A 2004-05 Pre-Season All-GSC Selection...Started all 28 games... Averaged a team high 18.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, 3.2 steals and three assists per game... She shot 42.2% from the field and 83.6% from the line... She led the team in made field goals, three-pointers, scoring, steals, minutes and free-throw shooting percentage... Following her second season at UWF, Gibson is the ninth all-time leading scorer (844), second in steals (201) and fifth in three-point goals (107)... 2003-04: Named to the All-GSC First Team... Earned three GSC Player of the Week awards... Started all 27 games while averaging 28.5 minutes per game... Led the conference and set the UWF individual season record with 112 steals, breaking the previous mark by 21 steals... Third in the nation with 4.15 steals per game... Her 11 steals against Valdosta State was a UWF single-game record, and the most by a GSC player last year... Also recorded nine steals versus Montevallo which was tied for the second highest total by a GSC player... Second leading scorer on the team, averaging 14.7 points per game...Her 34 points at West Georgia was the most by a GSC player last season... Named to the UWF Tip-Off Classic All-Tournament Team after averaging 19 points, eight steals and 10 rebounds in two games... Averaged 25.7 points per game over a four game period in conference play... Led UWF, third in the GSC and 21st nationally with a .411 (62-for-151) three-point field goal percentage... Ranked 42nd nationally with 2.3 three-point field goals per game... Her 62 treys made were second in the GSC, and the third best total in UWF individual season history... Tied a UWF single-game record with seven three-pointers at West Georgia... Posted the second highest UWF single-game record with six three-pointers against Alabama-Huntsville... Second on the team with 23 blocked shots and 79 assists.
Morehead State: Played in 17 games for the Division I Lady Eagles in the competitive Ohio Valley Conference as a freshman... Netted 3.6 points per game and was .341 percent (14-for-41) from three-point range... Scored a season-high 12 points at Tennessee-Martin.
High School: Made the All-City First Team twice with the Raiders... Averaged 19.9 points, six rebounds, six steals and five assists per game her senior season... Helped lead her team to a perfect record and the city championship in 2001, and an earlier city championship in 1999... Was a Most Valuable Player student-athlete and member of the honor roll... Also lettered in soccer and volleyball with All-City Second Team and All-City Honorable Mention honors, repectively.
Club: Competed in Michigan's Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) girls basketball for the Detroit Running Rebels and the Michigan Belles... Also played on the Windsor Valiants travel team out of Canada... Participated in the Nike Midget Exposure Camp for gold medals in 1997-98 and 1999-2000.
