Scott Places Third to Lead UWF at Xavier Invitational
In its final fall tournament of 2008, the West Florida men's golf team finished strong at the Xavier Invitational at the Oasis Golf Club in Loveland, placing seventh out of 20 teams in the Division I-dominated field. Sophomore Kyle Scott (Edenvale, South Africa/Edenglen HS) finished in a tie for third place overall at 209 (69-70-70), and the Argonauts shot 871 (297-288-286) as the only Division II school in the tournament.
