His time at the south region championships was the seventh fastest 10K time in school history... Posted an 8K time of 27:39.91 in 33rd place at the Appalachian State Covered Bridge Open... Placed fourth with a time of 26:49.98 at the Columbus State Invitational... Earned a top 10 finish in ninth place with a 10K time of 34:23 at the Pre-National Meet in Pensacola... Posted a 26th place finish with a time of 27:23.74 at the Florida State Seminole Invitational.

2005-06: Ran in four meets... Finished 10th in the UWF Invitational... Earned a season-best 8K time of 27:23 at the Blazer Invitational... Track: Recorded a time of 10:14.83 at the Seminole Invitational 3,000 meter steeplechase... Posted a 3,000 meter steeplechase time of 10:20 to finish third at the FSU Relays.... Finished fourth with a 3,000 meter steeplechase time of 10:25 at the Disney Relays...

2005 Track: Earned a seventh place finish at the FSU Relays 10,000 meter run with a time of 35:15.47... A member of the distance medley team "A" that finished second at the Mountaineer Winter Indoor Track Invitational at Appalachian State.

Hawaii-Hilo: Finished sixth with an 8K time of 28:05 at the Chaminade Invitational... Posted a 5K time of 17:09 to finish 30th at the Big Wave Invitational... Recorded a 10K time of 40:26.07 at the 2004 NCAA Division II West Region Championships.

D.C. Everest High School: Finished second at the 2002 Wisconsin Valley Conference Championships with a time of 16:16... Placed second in the 1600 meter run at the 2003Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Track and Field Regional.

Personal: Finished fifth overall with a 15K time of 53:02 at the 2006 Double Bridge Run in Pensacola.
