Ran the 8K NCAA Division II South Region Championships in a time of 25:04 to finish 50th... Finished sixth in the Argonauts first two races... Posted a time of 22:01 in the 5K dual meet against Belhaven... Put together a time of 22:08 at the 5K UWF Invitational... Finished ninth with a time of 20:10 at the Blazer Invitational... Track: A member of the 4 x 800 relay team that finished second at the Disney Relays with a time of 9:59

2004-05: Ran in two of the Argonauts five races... Recorded a time of 23:24 in the Disney Cross Country Classic... Finished with a time of 27:59 at the 6K NCAA Division II South Region Championships... Track: Posted a time of 1:12.43 in the 400 meter hurdles at the Florida State Snowbird Invitational.

High School: Earned a total of eight letters in cross country, track and soccer... Was a district champion in the 300 meter hurdles... Received three academic letters... Named the roadrunners club most spirited award winner.
