Michael Padilla

TALLAHASSEE, FLA - Ramad Hicks and Michael Padilla tuned up for a likely bid to the NCAA Division II National Meet at Abilene Christian University, by performing well at Florida State's Seminole Twilight.

Hicks won the 800 meter race with a time of 1:53.13, out of seven runners. Padilla finished in third out of 13, with a time of 3:54.47 in the 1500 meter race.

The top 18 runners in Division II qualify for the 800 and 1500 meter races at Nationals. Currently, Hicks is 11th in the 800, while Padilla is 15th in the 1500.

Nationals take place in Abilene, TX on May 26-28.
