TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The complete results are in from last weekend's Florida State Snowbird Invitational. Several UWF track athletes had strong showings on Saturday in Tallahassee.
Craig Henry tops the list with his 11th place finish out of 24 in the men's 1500 meter run. He was clocked at 4:17.91. Ray Dunn finished 18th at 4:29.37.
In the men's 400 meter dash, Ramad Hicks ran a 53.42, and Adam Cooper ran a 54.45. Hicks finished 19th and Cooper was 21st out of 24.
In the women's 800 meter run, Margaret Harter finished 12th out of 20 with a time of 2:30.85. In the women's 1500 meter run, Diana Sitar crossed the line in 12th with a time of 5:06.67, and Lucy Spann was 17th with her 5:53.05 out of 19.
The majority of teams competing in the meet were NCAA I affiliated schools. The Argonauts return to Tallahassee this Friday and Saturday, March 9-10, for the Florida A & M Relays.
