Meanwhile, Kyle Scott and Matthew Galloway are among the seven golfers under par through three rounds. Kyle Scott is the overall leader at three under par, while Galloway had the best round of anyone on Friday with a five under par, and is now two under for the tournament, and tied for second place.]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[For the second straight night at the NCAA Division II National Championship played in Houston, Texas, the West Florida Men's Tennis team pulled out a thrilling 5-4 win. The West Florida men's tennis (24-4) had advanced to the quarterfinals of the tournament after rallying from a 4-1 deficit against Concordia (NY), and then on Thursday, the Argonauts did it again, as they had to battle back from another big deficit to defeat its opponent. The Argonauts came back from a 4-2 deficit against Hawaii Pacific (19-2) to advance to the semifinal of the tournament.]]></description>

The end of the outstanding season came with a 5-1 loss to the Seasiders at the quarterfinals of the NCAA National Tournament played at Homer Park located in Houston, Texas. The Argonauts fell to the Seasiders for the second consecutive time at the National Tournament, as the Argos lost to BYU-Hawaii in last year's national championship match. The Argonauts finished the season with a 17-11 overall record and a 8-2 GSC record.]]></description>

Men's golf will start it all off with an 8:35 am tee time on Wednesday, with Women's Tennis scheduled for a 10:30 am match, while the Men's tennis team is scheduled for a 4:00 pm match.]]></description>

In addition to her All-South recognition, VanCamp was named to the All-GSC First Team and captured Player of the Week earnings twice in 2008.          <description><![CDATA[The University of West Florida earned its third consecutive Gulf South Conference (GSC) Women's All-Sports Trophy, and fourth in five years. It was the women's sixth all-time award, and that is now the conference's best by any school. The Argos were tied with Jacksonville State, whom dominated the GSC in the early 1990's and had five all-sports trophies from 1987 thru 1995. West Florida took home the award in convincing fashion, tallying 67.5 points, to outdistance Arkansas Tech by 11.5, and Harding by 13.5 points. The Argonauts turned in a consistent effort this season, with all women's sports contributing at least four points, based on finish in the standings and conference tournaments.]]></description>
